Returns and Exchanges

Here at KNOW.LABEL. we greatly value our relationship with our customers and we want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. Your satisfaction is more important to us than today's sale. If for any reason a return or exchange is necessary please refer to the following information:

• Exchanges and returns must be accepted by mail within 15 days of the receipt date.
  
• You may return the item for an exchange, store credit in the amount of original purchase, or a refund (less shipping and handling fees).
• All items must be returned in unworn, unused and in perfect condition, with the original tags attached and original packaging.

• SALE items, accessories, handbags, jewelry, and special orders are all Final Sale and may not returned, exchanged, or store credited. There are no exceptions.

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued and approved before returns can be sent back (to request an RMA please refer to the info below).

*KNOW.LABEL. reserves the right to deny credit or enforce a 20% restocking fee if, upon receipt, the returned merchandise does not meet company return policy requirements.

Requesting a Return and receiving a RMA #

Once reviewed, a comfirmation email will to sent to you along with the issued RMA #. Please note, return authorizations are only good for 7 days from the date of issuance and must be shipped within those 7 days. Be aware that we cannot accept return merchandise that arrives without an RMA # on the outside of the package. We encourage using UPS or USPS insured for proof of delivery. Cost of return shipping is not covered by KNOW.LABEL. and we will not accept COD deliveries.

 Sizing

Thank you for your interest in shop KNOW.LABEL's products. The sizes in our store do run true. However, we do carry some international
lines that run slightly smaller. Only in cases where there are great size variances, will it be noted on the site.

For the most part, you can expect the sizing of our products to fit the industry standard. We suggest you order the same size you normally
wear.

Below is the standard sizing chart. *Please note: Use this chart only as a general guide. Depending on the style of the garment (i.e babydoll cut, etc.) the fit can be looser or slightly more form fitting. Sizes may range 1/2 inch larger or smaller than chart.

Sizing: S=1-3, M=5-7, L=9-11
